Homestead High School's Indopak is proud to present, Sapnay, the largest Indian dance show and cultural event held in FUHSD! High school dance teams from across the Bay Area will be showcased alongside other cultural performances. We will be donating our proceeds to the Akshay Patra Foundation, aiming to help impoverished children in India. Come and enjoy dances from many parts of India fused with the energy of the Bay Area at Sapnay 2018!
Donations
Ticket sales and proceeds will be given toward Akshaya Patra, a non profit organization in India that works to end child hunger in schools. Click the picture on the left to be redirected and to donate on their website!

Homestead Bhangra
Bhangra is a fast paced, high energy dance style that originates from Punjab, India. A very popular style of dance, it is always sure to get the crowd hyped!
Homestead Windian
Windian is a dance team unique to Homestead that blends Indian and western dance styles over music that combines both cultures. This dance team is comprised of only seniors and takes pride in its diversity.
Homestead Nashaa
Nashaa is the Bollywood dance team at Homestead high school, which uses popular songs and dance moves from the movie industry. The saucy moves from these dancers are sure to rival those of Hrithik Roshan.
Homestead Raas
Raas is the traditional folk dance form of Gujarat & Rajasthan, India. The fast paced, high energy dance team incorporates sticks in their routine.
Homestead Classical
The Homestead Classical dance teams consists of a fusion of traditional Indian dance styles such as Bharatanatyam, Hindustani, and many more.
